The kitchen has a new full size refrigerator, new dishwasher and new gas stove top. There is a microwave and double wall oven. Outside is a grill/smoker.

There are 3 bedrooms. Two downstairs each have a queen and one upstairs has two twin beds. Mattresses are new, fully enclosed with mattress pillowtop and spa quality sheets from Comphy Sheets. There are plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The couch extends to a full bed.

There is a lovely outside garden view that is like being in a park.
Kitchen amenities include full cookware and utensils, 2 sets of 6 plates and bowls, plenty of cups and glasses, child ware and spices for cooking.
Bathroom amenities include 8 sets of towels and wash/hand towels, hair dryer, sample forgot drawer (toothpast etc) and shampoo.
Full washer/dryer with some detergent available
